Wave solder pallets.IMAT Ltd Design and manufacture wave solder pallets from ESD safe T2050 high temperature composite materials. All materials used to manufacture our wave solder pallets are compatible with LEAD FREE wave solder processes. The adjustable example shown to the left has been Teflon Coated, this increases the working life of the wave solder pallet and makes maintenance even easier. Colour coding of wave solder pallets gives an obvious distinction between LEADED and LEAD FREE processes that might be running on the same shop floor. We manufacture in such a way as to maintain ESD properties. IMAT will manufacture and ship to anywhere in the world.
